Property Rental Service: Maxser offers you one , two or three bed roomed properties in different areas. Do contact us and we will find exactly what you are looking for.

Property Cleaning Service: Maxser will ensure that your property is being kept impeccable, a professional team takes care of your property as if it were their own .

Property Maintenance : Maxser will visit your property on regular intervals ensuring that your property is aired and the plants watered. Maxser also takes care of the small repairs (*) that might be needed and of the painting of your property.

* An insurance policy on the property must be underwritten, we will be happy to assist you with the insurance upon your written request.

Following up of payments and bills : Maxser takes the sting out of those outstanding bills difficult to handle and supervise from your home base . Maxser will stay in touch with you either by fax or e mail to ensure that payment of your electricity or water bills are up to date .

Interior design: Maxser has a wide range of "turn key" packages for furniture and fittings

Mail Box : Maxser will receive and store your correspondence during your absence.
